xPlanner Privacy Policy
Privacy policy for xPlanner. Effective date: July 16, 2026.
Overview
xPlanner is an Android weekly planner designed to work offline first. Local planner data is stored on your device unless you choose features that require network services, such as cloud sync, Google Calendar sync, purchases, crash reporting, or account sign-in.
No Forced Account
xPlanner does not require an account to use the local planner. Sign-in is optional and used for features such as cloud sync across devices.
Planner Data
Your planner notes, events, categories, reminders, locations, wishlist items, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, planner data needed for sync is transmitted to and stored by the sync service associated with your account.
Cloud Sync
Cloud sync is optional and available for Pro users. Sync traffic is encrypted in transit. Synced planner data is associated with your account so it can be available across your devices.
Google Calendar Sync
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, xPlanner may import and export calendar events as needed to provide the sync behavior you request. Calendar sync is optional and only used when you enable it.
Purchases
xPlanner uses Google Play purchases for access plans. Purchases may be verified server-side through the Google Play Developer API. Payment processing is handled by Google Play; xPlanner does not process or store payment card numbers.
Crash Reporting
xPlanner may collect anonymized crash reports to improve reliability. Crash reports are designed to scrub note contents, names, and emails before data leaves the device.
Advertising and Tracking
xPlanner does not use an advertising-based business model and does not sell planner contents for advertising.
Children
xPlanner is a general productivity app and is not directed to children under 13.
